Identify where you live emotionally is it anger, resentment, fear, worry?
There is an antidote called “courage”- having courage doesn’t mean that you’re not afraid, you just have to change the pattern.
Then you have to practice that emotion that can change the experience,break the habit, control your mental focus -what we focus on consistently we attract.
